We offer SVARG Consulting to existing urbanisations, cities and towns, supporting the necessary transformation, achieving resource security, high life quality, longevity and resilience as a basis for a symbiotically functioning and prospering society.

For piloting SVARG, we are choosing towns and cities that are socially, environmentally and economically interested in beneficial transformation.

Your city or town
- is increasingly plagued by heat, droughts and unpredictable rain falls.
- experiences water and/or food shortages.
- has a high number of unemployed or retired people.
- has primary and secondary schools, professional schools or universities to collaborate with.
- is willing to commit to a collaboration of minimum 18 months.
How it works:
- We hold an e-meeting with nominated representatives handling the application.
- We come in for a conversation with the President and Delegates of Urban Development, Environment, Health & Education, Agriculture and Economy.
- We hold a workshop to identify the biggest pain points and the areas with biggest impact potential.
- We invest 15- 45 days in independent assessment, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
- We build teams and an implementation roadmap.
- We allocate funds, establish collaborations and advisory boards.
- We direct, coordinate, oversee and document the implementation process from start to finish.
